Synopsis
A stray puppy wanders into the Jagdstaffel's aerodrome and is adopted by the squadron as a mascot; bringing a fragile sense of comfort that Hans von Hammer knows has no place in war. Tragedy escalates when the puppy becomes trapped in a plane during a desperate dogfight, forcing von Hammer to face the brutal consequences of war and resulting in a devastating loss that affects the morale of the entire unit.
