Synopsis
Published in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil by EBAL (Editora Brasil-América), this massive 164-page anthology reprinted "Ghost of the Killer Skies!" from Detective Comics #404. This historic issue marked the very first appearance of Enemy Ace ever printed in Brazil, introducing Brazilian readers to Hans von Hammer via a contemporary dark mystery where Bruce Wayne finances a Hollywood biographical movie about the legendary pilot's life.
Collector Notes
Following the printing standards of vintage South American compendiums, the interior pages were published in striking, high-contrast black-and-white. This format placed an intense spotlight directly onto the kinetic lines of the mid-air dogfights and the deep lines of trauma drawn into the characters' faces.
