Synopsis
Published in Spain by Planeta DeAgostini, this Spanish-localized edition translates the second installment of DC's landmark weekly series, 52. Enemy Ace does not feature in the modern-day plot of the issue involving Booster Gold and Dr. Will Magnus. Instead, his appearance is localized entirely within the issue's backup feature: "The History of the DCU, Part I of X." As the original Harbinger's cosmic recording orb projects a chronological montage of Earth's historic protector figures, Hans von Hammer (Enemy Ace) appears in a beautifully rendered, fresh flashback panel on page 3 of the backup feature. He is depicted flying his iconic red Fokker Triplane alongside other historical DC icons—such as Anthro, Silent Knight, Jonah Hex, and the golden-age Justice Society—to visually anchor his place in the definitive timeline of Earth-One.
