Synopsis

The mind of the Dark Knight is trapped inside a White Lantern Ring while his vulnerable physical body remains stranded on Earth. To protect the ring from permanently falling into the hands of the immortal tyrant Vandal Savage, Batman's consciousness is violently catapulted across fractured space-time anomalies. During this frantic, cross-era chronal chase, the narrative shatters across legendary points in DC continuity, dropping Batman directly into a silent, mid-air temporal projection encounter with the Rittmeister Hans von Hammer (Enemy Ace), who is piloting his signature crimson Fokker Dr.I triplane over the war-torn battlefields of World War I.
