Synopsis
The rivalry with Steve Savage intensifies as the Balloon Buster's tactics become impossible to ignore or dismiss. Von Hammer recognizes in Savage the dangerous quality he most distrusts: improvisation. Where von Hammer operates from a code, Savage operates from instinct, and instinct is harder to predict, harder to counter, and harder to hate.
