Synopsis
Trapped between hostile human soldiers and giant apex predators, the survivors are forced down into a deep, swampy valley. Here, they discover the wreckage of a modern nuclear submarine sitting completely high and dry in the middle of a prehistoric marshland. Upon entering the sub, they discover its crew was liquidated by advanced, automated laser defense grids.
Collector Notes
The nuclear submarine discovery is the series' most striking single-image reveal, colliding the prehistoric setting with Cold War-era hardware. Its presence confirms the island exists outside of normal space-time and that someone has been using it deliberately.
